Dr. Le truly cares about his patients. Back in 2018, I happened to experience a curtain in my left eye a week before my appointment with him. In the appointment, he immediately diagnosed me with retinal detachment and became very concerned (He was more concerned than me because I didn't know the severity of retinal detachment) . He called around eye ERs to see if I can be seen by an ophthalmologist the same day and get a surgery ASAP. Following his instructions, I had the surgery at Stanford Hospital the next day and fortunately my vision was largely preserved. In the past 7 years after my surgery, Dr. Le always thoroughly checked my eyes and paid special attention in every eye exam. I recommend Dr. Le to people with eye complications like me.

Had a great experience with them for years until I was forced to accept a newer doctor one day. My doctor wasn't changing practices and they asked if I would prefer to keep him (to which I said yes!) before they told me they were transferring me anyway to another doctor. The assistant informing me also said it rudely. I'd been a good customer, paid all my bills, never canceled appointments, was easy to deal with, etc, so this was disappointing and I decided to change practices. I did have a great experience for many years so I'll still rate them four stars, but the ending was disappointing.

Dr. Michael Le and his team are fantastic! My check up appointment was seamless from beginning to end. I appreciate how Dr. Le really took the time to go over my exam results, answer all of my questions, and still make the experience fun with his good nature and humor! His staff was really nice too. I felt very well taken care of. I'm very thankful to have such an amazing optometrist to care for my vision! Would highly recommend them!

Excellent and friendly service! Dr. Nguyen was incredibly thorough, and I don't think I've ever had an eye exam that felt this reassuring that the Dr. really checked everything well. Definitely my optometrist from now on!

I've been a patient here for over 10 yrs - first with Dr. Chin, and now with Dr. Michael Le (Dr. Chin has less availability these days). The office is very organized (online appt requests and forms) and responsive whenever I've had to reach out about ordering contacts or getting an itemized receipt from many months ago. Their COVID safety protocol is reassuring and communicated well. Everyone is friendly and helpful - Dr. Le is thorough in the eye exam and talks through different options; he takes the time to get to know his patients and has a good sense of humor. I could find an optometrist closer to where I live, but I've had only positive experiences with Palo Alto Vision. I always leave in a good mood because the staff interact with me like a person (we joke around) and not a transaction.
