This place will be very happy and all smiles when they take your money. But don't expect them to provide any help if you have an issue with the product. bought a pair of IC Berlin which is a brand I have been using for years. But this particular model has very thin sleeves on the legs. One of the sleeves came off within a few months after I bought the glasses. I went to the store and the lady just wouldn't want to deal with it. Where was the smile and nice face when I was buying? Have you heard of a thing called "customer service ". Isn't this a quality issue that you as the seller should be responsible to look into? Hello Angela! You have never called me back.

Dr. Mai and the staff are excellent. I have been going here since 2017 and been extremely satisfied with the annual exams and the service with my glasses. The service/support for my glasses has been excellent over the years (adjustment to the frames etc). Highly recommended.

I am surprised they only have a few google reviews. It is definitely the best eyewear store in Bay Area. Very professional optometrist who thoroughly examined my eye and explained everything to you patiently. Receptionist are very friendly and professional as well, they didn't prompt you to spend money, instead, they give you very helpful advice by heart. Although this time I only bought lenses from them but I'll definitely try their high end frames (they have Lindberg, Zero G and a lot other high end frames) next time.

Dr. Mai and her staff are world class. Dr. Mai's attention to her patients' needs is phenomenal, as she is able to handle our difficult prescriptions. She's hands down the best optometrist we've ever seen and our vision has never been better.
