Dr. Xiao is the best! Appointments start on time, super efficient and you'll get a prescription for new glasses (if needed) with no hassle. They offer glasses there, but don't pressure you to buy.

I love this store. Hannah the receptionist is super sweet and always helpful. Dr. Xiao is smart, kind and friendly. My husband and I have been coming here for years and we were so glad our friend told us about this store. We also love the great selection of quality frames.

The Dr. is super friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff is always warm and welcoming. When picking out frames they even help in finding options for consideration. All in all it's a great place for help with eyewear.

This store doesn't have any good customer service at all. I asked if they can clean my glasses. They say they can't, but recommend me to clean at home myself. Reply to owner's response: I didn't ask for deep cleaning. Just asked if your store can clean the green around the nose pads. Your store said no. Then I went to another Optometry. They were super helpful, put on new nose pads, cleaning my glasses in minutes!

I have been getting my annual contact lenses prescription from here for a few years and genuinely thought my eyes were getting worse as the prescription powers kept increasing. During treatment of a different issue recently, a different physician suspected that my eyes had been over corrected, resulting in a slight but constant head tilt. One would never think neck pain could relate to your vision. I have since went to a different eye doctor and got my powers reduced by 15% and also removed astigmatism completely. My vision has since actually improved, more balanced with less headache and neck issues. Dr Xiao is nice but I recommend her to pay more attention to how patients' individual eye vision works together than fitting patients with a standard approach.

Very nice and fun selection of frames. They do accept a limited list of vision insurance. For sure the best reading glass frames.

I had been to other optometry clinics in the past. What stood out immediately was the thorough examination and explanatory nature of Dr. Xiao's approach. I was immediately put at ease with her pleasant bed side manners! I was equally impressed with the inventory of all the high quality designer frames that you can't find at other clinics. I feel a little more special knowing that I'm wearing higher quality designer frames that are a little more custom.This is definitely my new go to place!
