Explained my options and gave me a prescription to fill at any glass or contacts outlet. Entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The front desk staff, very pleasant and was able to answer all my questions? The wait time was reasonable, and once my name was called I was greeted with two staff members one was in training the other was very kind, my eye examine was completed. I stepped out in the lobby, signed my name for eyeglasses and was again ,pleased with the efficiency I was taken care of. I can't wait to see my new Rx in my sunglasses

The parking lot was pretty full. So I had to park in an overnight flow lot. Which was ok to walk. I had to wait quite awhile to be seen. The doctor's assistant hands always smell like cigarettes. The doctor was pleasant enough and so was the staff.

The lobby wait time was minimal. The appointment seemed very thorough. Wait time after dilation seemed a bit long, but that may have been the amount of time needed. The technician was nice and Dr. Class was pleasant. The in room "assistant" who took the information that the doctor stated, and who escorted me to another room, never said anything. I made another appt, got a copy of todays records and a sample of Fresh eye drops. Overall, a good experience after not having been there for a while.
