Was called over from insurance, had to spend almost 500 on lens replacement (no frames. Lens.) They returned my prescription glasses that i was supposed to get 2 years ago. Now i have to wait about a month for my frames back and I'm not even sure I'll be getting them in the first place. Go to Stanton near the baskin robins if you want people who care about your eyes.

I have been with Dr Gillett since I was a kid and now my children go to him, never have I had a or until today!! I had an apt for 8:05am and Dr didn't show up until 9 riding his motorcycle! What makes him think that his time is more valuable than anyone else's? I will be changing eye Dr's. This is very disrespectful and rude. I get that's his business and he is the boss and can do whatever he wants but he should remember he works for the public and WE keep him in business!!

Front office medical assistance are very kind and nice very short wait. Staff in the back is friendly as well doctor does amazing job to give best care to patients . If looking for contacts prescription very affordable prices

I took my 3 year old son there, they were polite and nice and patience with him, will definitely will recommend to someone who don't want to wait 2-6 month to see a local optometrist and they need a fast appt. The waiting is like every other optometrist. Their office is clean and didn't have any problem with their assistance or receptionist.

Took in my own pair of sunglasses to get my prescription lenses in them and the Lab damage the sunglasses but Dr. Gillett called me personally and told me what had happened and handled the situation very professionally apologized many times but it wasn't his fault. At the end he got a new pair of sunglasses that are much better then the original. He got the right prescription in the new glasses and I'm more then satisfied with my new sunglasses and how he handled it all. I'm grateful for all that he did and how he helped me with everything, Thank you very much Dr. Gillett

Had been treated great for the last 6 years until a week ago 11/14/2018, there is a very snotty girl there that is very rude and disrespectful. I have paid over four thousand dollars in all this years with them. But, this day i stop giving them business with my money because of that individual who is very rude. I hope she comes to my office some day, so I can tell her to leave immediately... She will be surprised who she was rude with. But the doctor is a great guy, treats you great always, if you can get by that rude individual.

Excellent experience. The front office was very helpful. Dr Jake Villard was fantastic, respectful, and professional in helping me when I damaged my eye.

I have been going to Dr. Gillette for years and I may skip a year every now and then but I'm very happy with him. He does a good thorough eye exam. In my book that is good because he discovered a problem, and through medication it was corrected. I have taken my prescription for new glasses elsewhere and I will never do that again. Where the prescription was filled they wanted to sell me insurance against defects. With Dr. Gillette if I've had a problem with my glasses it is corrected immediately. I have to agree the parking sucks, but around any where there is a hospital, parking is limited and some of those cars do not belong there.
