The staff was helpful at first. They told me they would call me whenever my glasses were ready to get picked up. Instead I got a text stating it was ready. When I got there the lady in the front could not find them and continued to blame it on corporate stating that corporate sends out random texts, understandable she then proceeded to tell me try back the next day and she would call me. 4 days later no call, so I called them I spoke to
a guy and he said my glasses are ready to get picked up and that the delay was because my glasses were shipped to Redding CA he also stated that he called me, I never got a call from them what so ever I'm the one that called. Once I get there I give him my phone number to look me up and he asked twice what my name was, he kept looking through the container boxes and it seem as though we could not find them. I told him hey I spoke to you earlier and was told they were ready.
He did find them eventually. The glasses came in cardboard box and a cloth bag, very cheap!!!! Next time I will stick to LENSCRAFTERS!! I do

I called to ask about the warranty. "Can you tell me about the warranty?" "What would you like to know?" "Does it cover repairs for a year?" "It doesn't cover lost or stolen frames" turns out, it also is only a PARTIAL WARRANTY. The terms of the warranty were NOT disclosed.
Also, when I was originally buying the glasses, they tried to upsell me about 10 or 12 times for different items. I had to find comparable prices online, and usually they were 500% cheaper. If you're looking to take part in their promotion for two frames, be prepared to say no to all the options on these cheap plastic frames in cheap plastic cases that they want to sell to you for 1000 bucks, I kid you not.
Edit: I had given two stars. However, in the reply below, you repeated the evasive phrase that the coverage doesn't extend to lost or stolen frames. Changing to one star.

If your glasses break be ready to pay for some new ones full price as if your getting new lens just for the frames!!!! Ridiculous, arms are fragile and always break so over had to buy mutplie pairs just because of the plastic their made from very poor quality that there getting for 1.00 and selling it for 30 times the original price again just for the frames alone with out the lens, so again be ready to pay for brand new glasses when you only need the frame, mind you my glasses aren't that old but warranty expired already what a coincidence, lol no stars for charging people for just the frames!!
