Horrible place doesn't listen or help to any concerns you have. Gets you out of the office as fast as possible without resolving any concerns. Would not recommend to anyone please find a better place to get the eye exam done.

All I want to say is outstanding and careing people who work there . I recently had purchased some glasses and and when i picked up the darkening transitioning wasn't right , I went to them for help and they gave me some time with them glasses but was still not happy so after a month came, I expressed my concern and they said bring them in I didn't hesitate took them right in dropped them off and about 2 weeks later picked up and all I could say unbelievable the transition was excellent just like I imagined them to be .this company made it right and hassle free thank you so much for the awesome work you all do and strive to achieve the best results to your customers. Very good eye doctors, Dr. Suorsa and Dr. Miller are the best. I love their office and the staff are very professional and friendly. My past eye doctor retired and I was in the need to look for a good eye doctor and I found Dr Soursa, he check my husband and son visions and Dr. Miller check my 2 daughters visions. Both do a great job and no complaints. We are from out town, in my city we don't have a really good choice of eye doctors. So I prefer to drive 28 minutes to go and see a good eye doctor and that's Doctor Suorsa

One star for the front office staff. Extremely poor communication, long waits with no explanation, rude responses when I asked for clarification and noticeably lazy. Their lack of effort and unprofessional attitude made the visit extremely frustrating. The front office needs serious improvement.

Dr. Suorsa and his seasoned staff deliver care to their customers. The flavor of a family practice with modern equipment and a freshly remodeled eyewear showroom; it's complete, and reliable, so that's the place I trust my eyes to.

Excellent service from this OD office, and from Dr. Miller. Love my new sunglasses. Can't recommend this place enough. I work right across the street and I can't believe I didn't know about this place sooner!

Absolutely love this eye doctor. They are very good about squeezing you in. Everyone one in the office is very friendly. The have a nice selection of frames to choose from and they're great with children.

I've been coming here for years and it's always a great experience with Dr.Suorsa. I saw Dr.Miller today and he was great as well. After seeing one doctor for so long, it can be nerve wracking to see someone different but he was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. I'd be happy to see either doctor on future visits. The front office staff is pleasant as always. Definitely recommend.
