Had a wonderful experience! Spoke to Reyna on the phone, scheduled an Eye Exam. At my visit, Julie at the front desk was extremely polite and had great positivity. Sandy carried the same energy helping me shop around for frames, breaking down estimates covered/out of pocket. Dr.Bloomberg was very polite, quick! There's a nice warm feeling when you're there. Reyna complimented me and really made my Monday. Thanks again for all your help! If you're reading this, definitely come by and check it out. I was in and out in about 40 minutes.

Dr. Bloomberg is the best eye doctor I've ever been to. And I've worn glasses since grade school! He's warm, kind, compassionate, and oh so knowledgeable. He makes sure I understand everything about my aging eyes and calms my fears and concerns. Other doctors have had to remake the glasses because the prescriptions were wrong. Never the case with Dr. Bloomberg! I enthusiastically recommend him. Melanie is an exceptional optician, also the best I've ever had. She takes her time with me, with a smile; I've tried on so many frames! She welcomes my visits for adjustments and is very generous in spirit. I always feel well cared for at Poway Vision Care.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Bloomberg and the helpful staff at Poway Vision Care. From the moment I walked in I was treated like a valued customer and person. Every member of the staff was very polite in helping me to purchase my very first pair of glasses. They even worked with me on the price of my lenses and frames.

Dr. Bloomberg and his staff as very professional, honest, and experienced in their field of work. Dr. Bloomberg's equipment is super state of the art, and his staff were great at helping me find the right glasses to fit my weird-shaped head lol! I'm moving up to the OC, but I'm still going to make the trip down to Poway Vision Care for the amazing customer service and experience!

For the first time in my life I need glasses. About 6 weeks ago I got a checkup and glasses from Dr. Bloomberg. The process of getting my eyes checked and picking out the perfect frames was a no brainer. I had no idea what to expect. I had the same fear as going to the dentist but an eye checkup involves zero pain! They even managed to get a photo of my brain matter so I now know for sure for that I truly have a brain. I ordered progressive lenses because my problem is more for reading rather than distance. Since I've never had to look through glass lenses to see, it took me a good month to get used to them being on my face. Now my eyes have adjusted to the need of prescription lenses and it's much more enjoyable to see. Dr. Bloomberg gave me my eyesight back and I think that is a fantastic thing to do for a living. Magical is how I would describe an optometrist. He prescribes eyeglasses to people everyday but for me it was an epic journey that has changed my life. I'm still fascinated over the fact that somebody invented how to shape glass to help humans see. Technology of today allowed me to get the perfect pair of glasses and under a week. I'm now considering going back in ordering a pair of glasses that are Progressive and sunglasses at the same time for driving. They already have my prescription so all I have to do is choose the frames. So easy! The staff was very knowledgeable of the products and very helpful with getting me through my first eye appointment. They even talked me out of getting contacts which I'm glad because if I had contacts in my eyes I would have been frantic to get them out in the beginning. My eyes aren't ready for contacts yet. They knew that but I didn't but now I do. Thanks Dr. Bloomberg for giving me sight! I will always appreciate it.

My optometrist of over 10 years, Dr. Rosa, moved his practice to join Poway Vision Care. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly and Dr. Rosa is a wonderful optometrist and loves to talk about the eye.

It started with Regina's (receptionist) happy and outgoing attitude that got me to "yes" to making that first appt! She was already eager and glad to help, having not met me or knowing what i needed. Mind you, I live in Oceanside! That alone is a 45 min drive for an eye exam. But she assured me that i would be in good hands. I come to my appt and sure enough Regina is still in a great mood. Dr. Bloomberg walks out of the exam room (which im not used to) and he personally calls me in! That already was a great attribute. He listened and cared about what I wanted and -together- we came up with what was right for me. Almost like having a personal tailor! Which is exactly what i never thought i could find. I have had to go back into the office about 6x already in a year just because they wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with what i wanted. I am pretty picky, and they are very patient! Thanks to them, I can finally wear a contact and I now have a place to call "My Optometry!" Thank you Poway Vision Care! :)

My benefits had changed due to a new company and I had to find a new optometrist. Poway vision care is friendly, they have a great selection of vintage styles that I love and they really helped me out!
