Reviews were not great but I had a very good experience. My mother in law recommended and she likes it here as well. My optician was Cathi and she was wonderful. I really liked my doctor as well, Dr. Arbiso. Found great glasses and can't wait to start wearing them! Definitely will be coming back.

I was there for 1-1/2 hrs, 3 times longer than any of my previous appointments for the same exam. A very nice facility, latest tech. equipment, a good tech. Named Chrystal. The waiting room was like being in a retirement home bus, I'm almost 80 and it seemed like I was one of the youngest there. Definitely a wholesale Medicaid business.

The staff are highly professional but incredibly kind and attentive. Everyone, including the doctor, made me feel as though I was there only patient. They never made me feel as though they were rushed to move to the next patient. I actually chatted with the doctor, which almost unheard of. Believe it or not, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable immediately. The optometrist took the time to clearly explain every part of the exam and patiently answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It's clear they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend for anyone looking for efficient, thorough, and genuinely attentive eye care!

I arrived at the appointment on time. I waited for 45 minutes before I was seen for my follow up appointment. I like Dr Carlson, he's quite personable. But the eye drops he prescribed for 6 weeks had no effect whatsoever. Previously I was scheduled for surgery and at the pre-surgery appointment I was told I didn't need it. My confidence is rather shaken at this point.

I was in a down mood when I entered the building but technician Josh was instantly incredible, lifting my mood with his lively personality. He actually made the annual eye exam visit fun. I enjoyed his enthusiasm in sharing facts, and answering my questions. I learned a lot about my eyes and how the tests work. Ask for Josh, if you're having an annual eye exam.

This office is very pleasant and professional. It was also quite efficient with very short wait times. Everything was explained in good detail and they were very responsive to all questions. Cataract surgery was performed by Dr Abraham and the entire procedure was very smooth and I felt very comfortable throughout the process.
