When I left my appointment, I was quite impressed with how everything went. Dr. couldn't do a quick laser that day due to being short staffed but told me to come back in on the following Tuesday. Went out to the front desk, booked for 11:15 on Tuesday 10/7. Went in today and whoever booked it, never put it in the computer. Now I have to wait an additional week for a much needed procedure. Dr. Prindiville and back office techs were great. Front desk needs improvement.
