Been coming to this office for around 2-3 years now, maybe even 4 or so. She has always done right by me, helped me get properly fitting glasses, let me try multiple kinds of contacts until we found an ok fit and has a great bedside manner. Her office gals/techs are super helpful and have great bedside manners as well. I highly reccomend her if you are looking for a new optometrist. Her office is very welcoming and friendly, the exterior of the old victorian home is very cute.

Dr. Asatos office is actually a Historic Landmark and previous home of some prominent figures in the history of Red Bluff. It is a very small office and obviously converted from a house, but she is very nice and so are her office assistants.

Very disappointing. Glasses didn't fix my vision. Was treated like they didn't believe me. Had to go back 3 times. Finally referred to a surgeon. Ended up with double cataract surgery. Still can't see clearly. Dr. Asato told me to come back 2 weeks after 2nd surgery to get glasses adjusted. I called to make an appointment and was told that it took too long and they had already billed my insurance. When I was unhappy with that they said they would do it as a courtesy! I said, "As a courtesy? That's the LEAST you should do!" She couldn't properly diagnose my double vision as astigmatism and referred me to a surgeon who permanently altered my eyes, I still can't see correctly, and she wants to make me feel like she's doing me a big favor and giving me charity. Don't go there. YOUR EYES ARE TOO VALUABLE !!
