Let me start up by saying that I am 58 years old and I've been wearing glasses since the third grade and contact since the eighth grade. This was probably the worst experience I ever had and enough to make me write negative review on this place. yeah, optometrist rest through my first exam and when I even expressed the fact that I couldn't really see through the contact she just said will try him anyway and come back so I did and then the exact same thing happened where she rushed through didn't really like what I was saying, but she said it's OK. Just check it out and well, have you come back and do it again this time the contacts were way off! When I called to express my concern into pain about it, I never received a phone call back from the manager. I finally called and asked for a refund so I can go someplace else and again I have not received a phone call back

What a bunch of fantastic people. It's seldom I get to write a positive review. The day of my appointment, I was warned that this was the first day of the practice's new computer system and it might be hectic. It was the opposite! The entire appointment went smooth and Dr. Barriga made me feel like she knew me and cared about my health. Great job guys.. see you next year.

I recently visited Red Bluff Vision Center and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, Alicia was incredibly welcoming and attentive taking the time to explain each step and answer all my questions. It was clear that the staff genuinely cares about their patients. The facility itself is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which made me feel confident in the care I was receiving.

Dr. Barriga went above and beyond to check my eyes for a genetic condition! The staff was amazing, and due to my eyes being dilated while trying on glasses I couldn't tell what actually looked good on me so I trusted the expertise of the lady helping me out and they were exactly the style I wanted. Thank you ladies at Red Bluff Vision Center!

Doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. Her staff that dealt with me were all very pleasant, helpful and also knowledgeable. I can't remember all of the staff's name, but Angel was my biggest asset and I loved having her help me. I would recommend this eye clinic to anyone!

I went in for my eye exam. As I walked in Shelly greeted me with a smile, friendly and professional. I instantly felt welcomed. The optometrist assistant Diana took me to the back to start my exam, she was very knowledgeable, she helped me understand the process of my eye extensive eye examination. Dr Barriga was very kind and made me feel very comfortable, she answered all my questions. Love my new Rx glasses.

Wonderful staff very patient and kind. Alicia patiently helped me decide on glasses even though I tried on nearly 100 pair. She wanted to ensure I was happy with my choice. I highly recommend Red Bluff Vision Center
