This place is a factory. If you like long waits, this place is for you. They advertise for more customers, they can't handle the load they have. Then if you complain about the wait, you get a lecture from the doc about how important his time is. This place needs an overhaul, and a manager that can keep things moving. Hopefully they could try to do it in a caring and professional manner.
Stop overbooking and get a reasonable pace going. It's not all about the numbers and the money? Or is it!!
