Have always had problems with the staff and just recently they donated a pair of glasses that I paid out of pocket for even though I had came in prior to them donating them to pick them up and they said they where not there. Then a month later the call and tell me they are there and that they will be donating them of I don't get them with no refund. My job has me out of town alot so I came to second time to pick them up and again they sat they where donated. Staff was very offensive and rude about the whole situation. They have very poor customer service in my opinion and don't care to help make your experience comfortable or you to feel happy with their services.

Dr Gallagher might be Great, "But His staff is lacking". On Sept. 3 2020, I paid for a 6 month Supply of Contact lenses @ $162.00 Ca$h.I was told by the Staff they would be In, in a week. 11 days later and They can't find my order. I wonder if they even Ordered them! They said Let us check in the back to see if we can cover your lenses, O sorry We don't carry your High prescription. Now I'm being told their on Back order. *I found out last week if I had gone through Lens Direct" it would have cost me $90.00 for a 6 month Supply with the same Company that makes my lenses and with the same prescription With a Guarantee of 2-3 days shipping. That's $72.00 cheaper!!! Almost another 6 months supply in savings!

I have been going to Dr. Gallagher for 30 years! I would never dream of going anywhere else. I have always received excellent treatment by him and his entire office staff.

I have been seeing eye doctors for 50 yrs. I am so happy to have found this office. The doctors & staff are all very knowledgeable & friendly. I would highly recommend them!!
