I've gone to Dr Hill for the last 6 years. I think he's friendly and listens to my concerns and helps me with them. The last time I was there the girl in the front office does not show the same traits at the doctor. I lost my contact and needed a new one, I called her at 9 am on a Friday and didn't get a call back until 15 minutes before they closed for the weekend. I went without all weekend on Monday I went to the office during my lunch break to pick my contact up. When I put it in it was not the correct prescription so I went back and asked if they could double check it she told me she had double checked it and that I would need another appointment with the doctor. So now I have to wait all week to be seen.

Dr. Hill is awesome and because of this I travel 100+miles for exams. Eyemart Express has had some great techs but the last couple yrs it's been hit & miss. My glasses have been redone multiple times and I have paid $$$$$! I have to go back a third time because I still cannot see clearly with the second redo.

Dr. Hill is great! I've gone to him for years and never had any issues. He always make patients feel very comfortable, and tries to make the process as simple as possible. He seems to really care about what he does and wants patients to have the best experience possible. His staff at the front desk are also very helpful and nice.

I went to Eyemart Express on a Saturday morning at 9:00 because my glasses broke on Friday evening. It had been over 3 years since I got my prescription updated so I had to get a new one. We walked to Dr. Hills receptionist and she took me without any questions, adding me as a patient quickly and getting me back to see Dr. Hill. On Saturdays Dr. Hill is by appointment only, or closed, but by the grace of God he was open and had a no-show 9:00 ready and waiting for me. I am typically nervous and uncomfortable with doctors, and recently had a bad experience with another eye doctor in town who told me I have glaucoma. I am young with no family history of glaucoma, so that was scary for me. Dr. Hill reviewed the testing done by his assistant and then examined my eyes. He was quick but very thorough, educating me more on my eye sight and vision in 15 minutes than any other eye doctor has ever done in my life. I also don't have glaucoma, and he showed me all of the images they took of my eyes, and explained where he'd see illness or disease if I had any. I then purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Eyemart Express and they were ready for me to pick up within 40 minutes. 5/5 stars - Thank you, Dr. Hill and staff for being so kind!

This place is amazing, the front receptionist was really helpful. I had a coworker who injured his eye with metal debris MrHill Jonathan G., did a wonderful job with treatment on the coworker's eye clean it out for him, best of all I can't express how grateful I am that I found this place & how very professional The Dr & his front desk receptionist. I absolutely love how we were treated, I would recommend this place if I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you so much for treating us so well & helping by giving us all the information we needed after treatment. Please continue to be kind & caring.
