Absolutely outstanding service! From customer service at reception or over the phone, to Dr. Turner's exceptional knowledge and friendliness. Though I don't know Dr. Turner outside of her practice, she makes me feel so comfortable every time I see her, it feels like I'm visiting with a friend. Friend that also has an impressive knowledge about eyes lol. Dr. Turner is kind and friendly, explains information in a way that I can understand medical situations/conditions. She's never tried to oversell me on anything (like getting glasses when they are not needed), actually quite the contrary - I saw her recently because I thought I needed reading glasses as I've been using over the counter ones. However, after an extensive consultation, Dr. Turner informed me that at this time I don't need actual prescription glasses, I can continue using the over the counter ones, unless my vision changes later on. I can't say enough about Dr. Turner and her staff!

Meredith & the entire staff is amazing. Needed an appointment fairly quickly and they were able to fit me in pretty fast. Showed up before my appointment time and didnt even have to wait, went straight in. Very nice office and everyone was extremely nice. Cant say enough good things. Highly recommend to anyone.

Super welcoming! Front desk staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Turner was just as kind! I've never had an eye exam as thorough as I did here and Dr. Turner explained each step of the process and prescription to me through the examination, and helped me understand my visual needs. They may not take my insurance, but for the quality of my experience, it's 100% worth every cent. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Turner was very sweet, on time, and conducted a thorough examination. The office is also easy to find with plenty of parking and the receptionists were great. It was easy to book the appointment and everything went very smoothly. Will definitely be coming back.

I just adore Dr. Turner. She is so knowledgeable and, best of all, personable. I have never felt more comfortable having anyone look so deeply into my eyes. The thing that sold me on her practice is that they never try to upsell me or make me buy new glasses if my prescription has only changed a little bit. They have integrity and look out for their patients.

Fantastic experience every time im there! In this case I got something lodged in my cornia. They were able to fit me in their schedule and see me asap! The staff is always so pleasant to communicate with and understanding. Its a real sense of family here. Doctor Turner got the piece out of my eye in no time at all. What a relief! My family and I have been a client of Doctor Turner for years now, and I am so thankful to have an optometrist with the support and professionalism that is shared here. Outstanding!

Everyone in the office is so helpful and welcoming. Myself and my daughter felt very comfortable for our first visits. Meredith was friendly, patient, and very thorough with my 8 yr old! So happy she was recommended to us!

Dr. Turner is thorough and professional. Best of all, she is a warm and friendly person. My annual eye exams are an important part of monitoring for other possible health problems. All of her testing equipment is up to date. I highly recommend Dr Turner.
