Nice facility and wonderful staff! I have been taking my mom there and she is so happy with Dr. Sumsion because he has made her treatment painless. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of five is because they have consistently run behind schedule and it's hard for my 91 year old mother to wait.

I had an appointment with Dr. Sean Sumsion 2 days ago. He is the best, smartest opthamologist you could ever want. His staff is friendly, efficient and competent. I asked if they straighten crooked frames. I was referred up stairs to their optometrist. The two ladies there were wonderful! They not only straightened my crooked frames, they fixed a broken nose piece that I didn't know was broken. They are comfortable, cushy nose pieces! They would not take any money from me!! They also told me they do complimentary ultrasonic cleaning as part of their service! I was blown away!! Excellent business. Excellent patient care!!

front desk staff is rude and unfriendly, especially the supervisor is extremely unprofessional with a huge attitude problem. they don't care about their patients or what may be going on in their lives outside of their office. if you are someone who often has last minute things come up, (work, sick, family or kids) go seek care elsewhere. weather you call them and reschedule or not, they count you calling and rescheduling as a "cancelation" and will drop you. they only get something if they treat patients. dr. sumsion (sr.) is cold and not very friendly at all. dr. sumsion (jr) is a bit better. GO ELSWHERE! don't waste your time here.

Without a doubt one of the best medical experiences I have had. I have had five visits (two pre-op, one surgery, two post-op), and my combined waiting room time is less than 10 minutes. And after being called back to be evaluated by the nurses, the doctor came to see me within a few minutes. Definitely a customer-service focused office.
I can easily take an hour out of my work day, go to my appointment and be back to work. They are the only medical office I have ever visited that was on time every time. They respect your time as a patient and it shows.
Dr Sean Sumsion was professional and knowledgeable. He takes time to answer questions, is friendly and respectful. When I went in for surgery, he was outstanding. He talked me through the entire procedure, things went just as he said they would, and his assistants were excellent. I've had two follow-up visits and have absolutely no complaints.

My mom has been going for macular degeneration. Doctor is fine, it's the front desk people that are very rude. If your late 5 minutes, your canceled.
Billing is a MESS, between blue anthem and all the deductibles and co- pays, they find a way to get more money. The 2nd floor eye glass department demanded money for a bill we did not know we had. The girl acted like it was her money and was very rude.
My mom is going blind this is very stressful they make it worse.

I just had lasik done by Dr. Sean Sumsion, and it was hands down the best experience with a doctor ever! His staff was also amazing and professional. Dr was very thorough, explained the whole process to me every step of the way. He made sure to take time to answer all my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. I knew exactly what to expect because he prepped me for everything. It's not often you find a doctor these days that cares as much as Dr Sumsion does. He was literally as excited about my sight as I was! I would recommend him a million times! Dont go anywhere else for lasik, this is the place for a true professional and awesome doctor! Thanks for everything!
