Had to get my glasses repaired, they gave me brand new frames free of charge for it being my first break. The blonde lady that sits to the right of the entrance that helps for fitting and glasses adjustments is legitimately one of the sweetest people I've ever met, she's a great person! I don't know if they are associated with Dan's Optical in any way, but they were all fantastic too. 5/5 stars, makes in person visits a breeze! Other staff have always been friendly and helpful as well.

My experience was fine but good luck getting ahold of them via phone. I called them 5 different times one day and was on hold 5+ minutes each time before hanging up. Tried calling a few days ago as well as today and sat on hold for almost 10 minutes before giving up. Maybe that's their goal to make us wait so long we hang up? Super frustrating either way.

Hello, I recently came a couple of days ago and I had a wonderful first time experience. My 8 year old daughter needed reading glasses for the first time and the front desk staff and Optometrist were very helpful and caring.
