Absolutely horrible experience, I got sick for my initial appointment, so I rescheduled for a different date. I show up on that rescheduled day and they tell me there is a problem in the system, it didn't record the new date and they don't have it. Just wow, one hour of waiting later - nothing. I have a record of my call to reschedule and everything but guess what, it doesn't matter. Waste of my time, waste of gas, just absolutely a waste. Would not recommend a business that has workers that don't know how to reschedule customers properly so customer doesn't waste their time and effort. Or at least how to accommodate a customer if they messed up.

I wanna start by saying my experience with dr. Slivar it's the worst . Took my glasses 2 time she was not able to fix them. Dr. Meyerson His old Office I've never had no issues. Been seeing him for over 10 years. Don't know why he retired. Once I get my new pair glasses, I will not return Receptionist and the staff are the best. They tried their best to help me out. Kudos to the staff!

I have a rare eye condition called keratoconus, and for years I was afraid of the entire eye care process because of an unpleasant experience I had as a kid. But the team at Blink completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for. The staff and doctors pay close attention, take the time to understand my needs, and tailor every visit to me personally & Dr. Louie, like a true seamstress of sight renewal. Thanks to their expertise, patience, and genuine care, I can see better than I ever have. I'm so grateful to have found this amazing team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, quality eye care.

I recently visited this optometry office and I was disappointed by the service I received from the assistant. When I had questions about my glasses options, the assistant seemed disinterested and unhelpful. She didn't take the time to understand my needs or work with me. Her tone was serious and almost dismissive, which made me feel unwelcome in the office. As a customer, I expect to be treated with kindness and respect, especially when making a purchase like glasses. This is the third visit that the assistant behaved this way. The lack of effort to ensure I found the right glasses was disappointing. I left the office feeling frustrated and unsure about my decision. I would not recommend this office to others due to the poor service I received from this assistant. Hopefully, the office can address these issues to provide a better experience for their patients.

Dr. Louie and the team were very helpful and amazing customer service. I had a great experience. The office is nice and clean. I definitely recommend this location.

I have been wearing glasses for about 40 plus years. I have experience with optometrists. This is what I can tell you about Blink. This is an elite office designed by Dr. Scolinos. It is super clean and has the most up to date equipment. The office staff is stellar. I am unique in that I have 4 pairs of glasses. 1 for golf that is bifocal and transitional. 1 for riding motorcycles that is a wrap type frame with bifocal and transitional to block wind. 1 pair for my 8 hour day on the computer that is computer distance and up close. Finally I have one pair for everyday use. The team here works with me to make sure I have proper fit, the right glasses for the application and that they can adjust to ever changing light conditions. When I walk in I am always acknowledged and met with a warm smile. The doctors have been great, they listen and work with me to accomplish my goals. I have nothing but praise for the staff, doctors and facility.

I do appreciate only the optometry doctor but not the receptionist or other staff poor service. My mom had an appointment to get her eyes checked. She didn't get the attention she needed because of the type of insurance she had. My mom is disabled person, and the insurance she has is Medicare. She doesn't need to be mistreated for type insurance or just because she is Hispanic. That same day, a customer couple that were white was there the same day of my appointment, and they were treated well instead of my mom. This is really a horrible service

The worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune to go see. An eye exam takes almost 2 hours. The staff literally don't know what they are doing.
