IVOR MEYERSON, OPTOMETRIST

I have been to Dr. Meyerson about 2-4 times in my life. He is a wonderful doctor! I thank you for your kind and professionalism. Peace and blessings to you always.

Dr. Meyerson has been my optometrist for many years now, and he and his staff have always been efficient and warm and convenient. He's very attentive, takes the time to be sure of his decisions about my needs, and my husband and I have always been very pleased with the results.

Not ideal for children. I gave a generous rating of a 2 because the receptionist/assistant was wonderful. The doctor did not even introduce himself to myself or my son. He spoke very quietly and unclear, was unfriendly, impatient, and uninterested. I see other great reviews so perhaps just not the place for children. I do not recommend taking your child here for a first eye exam. My son is 6, ended up with a very poor prescription, and very little explanation from the doctor. We will be taking him for a second opinion as the doctor was impatient with my boy understanding how an eye exam works.

Dr. and staff are very nice. There is a great selection of eyewear on display in a boutique atmosphere. I got an exam and new contact lenses. Dr. rebuilt my Ray Bans that were dropped once too many. They accept my insurance, so it didn't cost me a dime. I'm not big on shopping centers, but South Bay Galleria is convenient and upscale, in case you care for that sort of thing. You can see a movie, get a pretzel, new sneakers and a new pair of glasses, all in one visit.

Thorough, clean, knowledgeable and a super nice guy! He explained everything in terms that made sense, and gave me options on how was best to proceed. Many frame options for both men and women. Easy to setup appointment online, and good follow-up from office staff regarding insurance information. Text message to confirm appointment prior and follow-up after as well. Thanks so much Dr. Meyerson for an overall great experience.

I have been coming to Dr. Meyerson for years. His location is convenient and he has a straight forward professional manner. Once he has done an exam he can provide the options with costing over your insurance you need to cover. They have a nice variety of frames to choose from. and reasonable prices. Costco and LensCrafters might be cheaper yet I like to know someone knows about me for a perfect fit.

I am not sure what happened yesterday to us at this office but it can not be right!!!! We have been going to this doctor for the past two years and last year we got a great service from all the staff and the doctor himself. He was not that friendly but we did not mind thinking that is the way old people are sometimes. This year.. he was something else! He made my wife and myself feel that we are invading his space and we're not welcome at all! Every little thing we asked he answered in a very low voice barely heard and never looked at us and no smile at all! He might have had a very bad day or something but we were shocked to be treated that way! Anyway, I think we will not be back to his office anymore. It is a shame because he was a good doctor but bad attitude

I absolutely love Dr. Meyerson's professionalism and Service. His Staff is courteous and very accommodating. I have been going here for 11 years and do not have any complaints. Dr. Meyerson gives thorough Eye Exams, eager to answer any questions and is very knowledgeable. He keeps up with the latest Frames and always have a great selection to choose from, my personal favorite is Gucci.
