I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed. Within minutes I was taken care of and from there on everyone used my name. How amazing is that? This was my first time there so even more so. Very impressive. No long wait, I was seen right away. The staff and doctor are very personable. They don't rush you and make sure any questions you have are answered. If you're looking for a new eye doctor I highly recommend Lens Crafters. I was looking for a new doctor as my previous doctor had moved from the place I had gone to before and I didn't like the doctor who replaced him. A friend of mine in Laguna said he really liked the Lens Crafters down there so he recommended them and I'm glad he did. I will definitely be going back.
