I had an appointment for a family member which I received numerous reminders for which I do appreciate. I had done the paperwork online the day before for insurance info and signatures which helped get us checked in right away. Did not wait more than 10 minutes to be examined. The exam was quick and we paid extra to have the picture of the interior of the eyes taken instead of opting for dilation. The exam took about 15 minutes and ordering a new pair of glasses, sizing, and checking out and paying took another 15. It was really efficient and quick. I've been coming here for years and I've always been satisfied with the quality of the doctors/exams and quality of the glasses we have bought over the years. Everyone who works here is very professional and helpful.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE it was very clean the employees were super helpful and friendly I worked with a guy name JASON and if I can just take him home with me I would he was AMAZING the ladies wonderful as well but JASON really went over the top with my experience. I always have a good experience at this store. I have a regular ophthalmologist so I just need an eye exam. Professional staff and doctor, exam explained and through, and a wide selection of frames. I wear glasses 24/7, trifocals, sunglasses outdoors always, and I have glaucoma. I expect to pay a lot even with insurance, glasses routinely cost $400-500 for RX glasses and shades. I am never disappointed with my glasses from LensCrafters!

Everything about my visit to this particular Lens Crafters location was more than a nice experience and is my new place of doing business for my eyes. So professional on top of their knowledge base and expertise. Really cool atmosphere, personalities and attitudes. I know they are there to sell a business but knowing how to do it correctly by making the client priority is everything. I really want to thank the Dr for being honest and for the recommendations. I only have one set of eyes and I desperately need them in my line of work. So I can't wait for the Surgeries. With all that being said, I'm actually going back for my second pair of glasses sometime this month. I will continue to shop here for glasses even after my eye surgery because I know I'm not getting had for my time and money. Top notch service. Thank you guys, you're all awesome. See you soon.

I was having issues with previous prescriptions from other optometrists that were giving me serious headaches. I finally got the right prescription with Dr. Multani. I've been wearing my new pair for a few months now and haven't had any more headaches and it's been so much better when I'm working at the screen.
