I had an Rx to fill but the Costco pharmacy would not let me buy the meds without a hard copy print-out. They couldn't help me print it out, nor, surprise, would the main store. The staff at Dr Nossoff's booth at the other end of the store was kind enough to let me print out the rx there. That was very neighborly and saved me hours of back-and-forth time. Thanks!!

The Lady infront is so nice and very professional she knows her business and everything about glasses.we bought two pair of glasses One Dolce Gabbana at a great price and a pair of readers 125 for far distant with anti glair. I decided to make a appointment first my little one to get a eye exam the optometrist Mrs.Lao is great with kids my son said he had a good appointment and would like to come back to see both lovely ladies there.I was also able to get my eye examination as well.Let me say Mrs .Lao Is very professional and thorough she is absolutely the best optometrist I have ever been to I have always been weary of getting my eyes examined I wish I would of met her 20 years ago I could of saved myself from my eye problems but I am so happy to have went there .they are the best for sunglasses eye glasses and eye exams also the Mrs .Lao speaks Portuguese I heard her speak fluently with a customer and was amazed so if your from Brazil or Portugal or speak Portuguese she is the one to go to

I bought a pair of glasses from Focus optical with my eyemed insurance. Focus optical is in the network of eyemed insurance, but they claimed the reimbursed for me through out-the-network method, and refused to do it through in-the-network method. Otherwise, they have to charge me a higher price for the glasses. The owner also claims that it is the common rule to charge a costumers the price based on the costumers' insurance.
