At appointment all staff are friendly, caring and efficient. The office is very modern and clean. Dr. Rocha was very caring, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything very well. When calling in, long hold times before getting a live person on phone to schedule appointments or handle any business. Cannot call office locations directly, must be a call center?

First off let me just say Dr. Mahdavi is amazing 10 stars for him. This review is for Dr Rocha who told me in January my eye was healthy then 1 month later I had a detached retina when I did not. I was devastated for no reason. I like the office and most staff but absolutely refuse to see that Dr again. I say most staff because Andrea at the front desk called me back after getting the detached retina diagnosis just to tell me the Dr wants to see me in 4 months. I couldn't even see out of my right eye and supposedly had a detached retina and she didn't think 4 months was a long time to wait on something like that? Again I was even more upset so I demanded a call back from someone who could explain how it was okay for me to wait 4 months for a detached retina . Needless to say , the dr did not say 4 months he said 4 days. My eye was filling with blood since I originally went in January which was in my scans but missed. Just be careful, advocate for yourself and if something doesn't seem right please question it and get a second opinion or a manager to help you.

The new and modern office is clean and efficient. There are many rooms, equipment and services are professional and quick. My appointment was at 10:00 am at 10:05 am I was seen and exited at 11:15 am! Unbelievable! The optometrists are warm and experienced. The techs are friendly and respectful. I would give an A++

After my initial cataract surgery went wrong and my lens fragmented, I had to see a retina specialist to remove the fragments. Once I recovered from that, Dr. Pabalan stepped in to implant my new lens--the third surgery in what had become a complicated journey. I just had my follow-up appointment and I'm thrilled with the results. My vision is already at 20/25 and may improve even more as healing continues. Dr. Pabalan seemed genuinely pleased with the outcome, which was reassuring after everything I'd been through. The appointment itself was prompt--I only waited a few minutes--and his positive attitude made the whole experience encouraging. If you need a skilled surgeon to help you get back on track after complications, I highly recommend Dr. Pabalan.

This was my first visit to this doctors office and service was exceptional. From the front desk staff to the back office. the doctors were all very warm and inviting and professional. They explained in detail the issues going on with my eyes and made a plan to keep them healthy. Thank you to the entire staff for making this a very pleasant visit!!

Friendly staff and Dr Pabalan is an excellent Doctor, both of my parents have had cataract surgery. So know that I needed I didn't hesitate to come back to him.

Azul Vision's new office in Riverside can be described as modern, bigger and spacious compared to the old office/clinic. The lobby and waiting areas create a clean and beautiful surrounding linking to various departments like the examination rooms, optical services, and other services they offer. All the staffs were so kind and accommodating guiding each patient that links to different departments. My overall rating for Azul Vision is that the place is well organized, professional and modern healthcare delivery.

Dr. Diggory, his staff, and assistants were all so welcoming and caring. Not only are they efficient and competent, they go above and beyond to ensure a clean and comfortable environment. The well-being of the patients comes first and foremost. Excellent care and service! 10/10!
