The office staff were welcoming and efficient ensuring a smooth check-in process. They were very friendly and I felt at ease. Dr. Bozner is the best! He demonstrated exceptional professionalism n took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. He explained the diagnosis and my options clearly. I called to get in as a new patient, and they were able to schedule me the next week. When I called back the same day to inform them of some issues I have been having, they made room for me to come in the next day instead! They also let me stay past closing without allowing me to feel rushed at all. Monique has worked in this field for (I believe she said) 20ish years; she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about everything regarding financial questions, tips and tricks for what I needed, and had a great eye for helping me match style. The doctor himself is a massive sweetheart. I teared up while doing the exams because he genuinely seemed to care about me as a person, and he wanted so badly to help me. Which he did! I've worn glasses for 20 years, and despite me expressing how I struggle to see far, nobody has caught the issue until today. On my way out, I heard a patient talking with him, telling him that he just cannot retire! I don't know if he is, or if that was just an expression of gratitude, but this was my first appointment with him and it was the best medical care I've received in SoCal. So, please don't retire!! The building is gorgeous and clean, they have a lovely selection of glasses, and everyone was very accommodating of other medical conditions to make sure that my experience went as smoothly as anyone else's. I was blown away by how good the reviews are, at first, but I completely understand why they have such high ratings. I never want to go somewhere else, and am so grateful I found them when I did. Thank you so much Dr. Bozner and Monique!! I've never been excited for the following year, but I do look forward to working with you both in the future. (:

Simple, easy, straight to the point. What I did love was I had several questions regarding my loved one, all questions were answered with great explanations and visuals were utilized to compare with both macular degeneration and glaucoma. I truly appreciate the time and care! Also, smells great in there and it's very clean!

I have been going here for decades. My parents went here and now I bring my kids. The office is beautiful and welcoming. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is easy to get and make an appointment. I like all of the eye doctors on staff. I always feel well taken care of and I love their selection of glasses. I highly recommend!!

Absolutely great service from the girls in the front desk to the doctor. Appreciate the patience they have for kids and how welcoming they make my family feel. My prescription is on point I recommend this office

I was very pleased with my visit. The front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Bozner took his time to explain each step and his findings. The frames were a bit pricey but there was no pressure to purchase any particular pair. Can't wait to pick up my new glasses.

First time here, I really love the aesthetic and environment of this clinic. Although I did wait awhile, it doesn't change the fact that I had a great experience here. Everyone from the front office, to Dr. Bozner, and the sweet lady who helped me pick my frames were all so sweet. Definitely recommend!

The office is beautiful. The people are wonderful and the Optometrist is so honest.. They take their time to make sure your glasses are exactly what you need and it was the most pleasant and thorough eye exam I've ever had. I love this place. They have a great assortment in frames And everyone in the office is friendly, polite, and amazing.
