My visit to Riverside eye specialist was a great experience. I was treated extremely professionally and with respect and deep care for my wellbeing. I was not rushed and everyone took their time to ensure that I understood what procedures needed to take place. My deepest gratitude to the following staff Elizabeth, Karen, Becky and Dr Glenrange. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

Set up an emergency appointment same day. Very prompt, courteous and professional. Everything was explained to me in an easily understandable manner. I was happy to be seen, and I will not hesitate to visit again. Thank you!

Dr Lai was perceptive to postpone the portion of my exam requiring dilation to better insure my safe ride home by noting my bicycle helmet and potential safety risk of pedaling with dilated vision. So back in a couple weeks to finish that part of the exam while hopefully, concurrently picking up my new eyeglasses that the optical department was excellent on helping me refine the large number of variables to customize the stylish eyeglasses. My eye care office of 20 years prior to this one had me spoiled with regards to not having extra charges like Riverside eye specialist does - a fee to use credit card and more billing if I bring glasses for warranty work or adjustment. Arriving way before my appointment did not keep a long wait from happening well past my appointment time. The twiddling of thumbs was ameliorated by the terrific multi-faceted intersection of geometry, celestial windows and sight lines of the modern architecture that the office is in. The black and white featured photography further added to distraction from waiting in funky furniture that is nOt complimentary to the noted delights while having further wait time to get the key to the bathroom.

I am extremely pleased with every aspect of my visit at Riverside Eye Specialist. Staff personnel were personable, professional and treated me with courtesy and respect. Dr. Lai treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect. He demonstrated superior knowledgeable of his craft by providing a thorough explanation prior to performing each phase of the exam and following up with questions to ensure that I understood.

Had an appointment earlier today. From the time I walked in, the front desk made me feel welcome by helping me immediately. Gave me paperwork to fill out for first time visit. Very friendly and patient. Was called shortly after Very close to my appointment time and was helped by a wonderful assistant with the pre-check up. In turn, a short wait later Doctor Lai greeted me and gave me several different tests and exams. Very thorough with his details where I was able to understand everything. Thank you Dr. LI AND ALL UR STAFF for a great experience. First of a kind for an optometry appointment!

I would like to express how kind and courteous Stacy and Lydia Are there in the eyeglass department. Very humble very concerned about my situation. They make you feel like you if you're a part of their family. I've been going there for over a year and Lydia recalls and remembers exactly my situation even from a year ago, pertaining to my eyes and our communication with my glasses. Like as if I was a family member And Stacy is so concerned trying to make sure that not only do you get the best glasses But very concerned about You receiving your moneys worth. Extremely kind and courteous. And trying to make sure that every aspect of Your eyewear Is being handed properly. And Lydia is bilingual So whether you speak English or not, she is there to help you and she understands all your needs. They are so extremely friendly and concerned About the eye patients Or anyone trying to purchase glasses And Doctor Li The eye doctor Was able to pinpoint Exactly what my prescription should be for my eyes. Being as I need a prism in my glasses He was able to figure out exactly which type of prism I needed To handle my double vision. He pinned pointed it 1000% correct Which is something I've had problems with other doctors pertaining to my eyes. He is very humble very concerned. And he doesn't talk over you he listens to exactly what you have to say. That's very important to him. He takes it very personal in making sure that his patience leave there 1000% satisfied being able to see Very clearly, The glasses I got there last year were the best glasses I've ever had And the prescription were the best prescriptions ever taken on my eyes. The glasses I received last year still are like brand new Not one defect at all. It actually feels like as if I don't even have a glasses And Doctor li has not changed at all upon seeing him this month for my yearly exam. The same humble, intelligent Doctor They make you feel at home God bless them all
