Michael Dinh OD, Optometrist Inside Rohnert Park Costco

Saw Dr. Dinh recently for an eye exam and could not have been happier! I am usually nervous going to see doctors but he is down to earth and put me at ease. He was patient in answering my questions and I feel like I see a whole new world with my eyeglasses. He also fit me with contact lenses that's really helped my pickleball game!

I've seen doctor Dr. Michael Dinh for many years and he is a very caring and understanding eye doctor. He does not judge me when I ask him questions. He's an expert when it comes to glasses and contacts. I have a difficult prescription and he has always helped me to see my best which other eye doctors I have tried could not do. All my family am friends are also very happy to have him as their eye doctor!

I've come in for an eye exam recently, and it was great. Van was extremely nice and welcoming. Dr. Dinh was a good eye doctor, very professional. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Incredibly neglectful front desk employees. They refused me service today 10/4/24 because my appointment was apparently somehow booked for yesterday, which does not add up considering when I called it was at 2:30 that day (yesterday) the 3rd. And they texted me a confirmation text at 2:39 saying I have an appointment at 1:40 that day?! This is concerning since When I spoke with someone it was after the "1:40pm" time frame and made my appointment for today (the 4th) at 1:40. This was a mistake on their part and they refused to help me resolve the problem. I rearranged my work schedule so that I could do this appointment and now I'm out money and an eye appointment for a week.

Had a great eye exam with Dr. Dinh recently. Had glasses from other doctors that never worked. Dr. Dinh took the time to solve my vision problems and now I'm seeing better than ever! Very competent and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Dinh. Theresa N.

There should be a 0 Star option 1 Star is too many. I've been seeing Dr. Dinh for the last five years. He's always taken issue with my use of contacts. Yet - for the last 5 years he renews my rx each time. But this time, two days before leaving the country for vacation and having no back up pairs of lenses, Dr. Dinh felt this was the proper time to stage an intervention on my use of contacts. He refused to renew my rx and literally ordered me to go get overnight glasses. He specifically said, forcefully " you're going to drive up to Santa Rosa and get overnight glasses right now!" Obviously this is unacceptable on a number of levels. He has no authority to order anyone around. Further, a Doctor that's actually interested in their patients well being should be willing to work with them, not order them to jump through hoops. He could have simply given me a one month rx, allowing me to complete me trip without worry of not having back up lenses. Instead, he chose to tell me to piss off and left me high and dry.

Great optometrist. Doctor and his staff are very kind. Dr. Dinh was very caring and efficient. He explains everything in detail and answered all my questions. Very happy with my visit and will continue to return for future exams.

Very pleased, decreased distance prescription which improved reading and mid range. Great office
