This was my second visit to this location. My first experience was very positive; the staff member who helped me was friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Unfortunately, my second visit was the complete opposite. The employee who assisted us did not greet me and responded to my questions with clear attitude, including eye-rolling. I was there to get glasses for my child, and she was also rude to him while taking his measurements, which was especially upsetting.
I believe customer service especially when working with children should be handled with patience and professionalism. Being treated this way was disappointing, and because of this experience, I will not be returning.

Friendly staff and fair pricing. The only issue I have is that whenever you order new lenses or frames through them, they never call to notify you when the order arrives. You always have to call to find out yourself. This has been the case since I started coming here at five years old, and it's still the same, which is pretty disappointing. By now, I would expect them to do the due diligence of notifying customers when frames or lenses are ready for pickup. I ask one of the girls at the counter on the phone regarding this matter today and she had no answer for me except for I don't know that's how it is. Wow really!!!

I've had three visits here to have my eyes examined and each time it's been a great experience. The office is clean and comfortable. Waiting times have been timely to get appointments and waiting upon arrival brief. I wish I knew everyone in the office's name, but each person I've dealt with has been kind, respectful and service oriented. Now to Dr. Kong who has examined me all three times. She is the most comprehensive, caring, concerned optometrist I've ever experienced. I came to this office after my previous guy retired and he was good, but she has exceeded my expectations. Prescribing contacts is both art and science and I can say she tweaked my prescription, with trial lenses until they were just right for me. I appreciate her calm demeanor, positive attitude and genuine caring!

What a great experience! I'm always a nervous wreck at any medical appt, but everyone here made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The woman (I didn't catch her name, sorry!) at the counter was super helpful with explaining my benefits, as well as showing me the frames they have in office. Dr. Kong was extremely thorough with going through the process of checking my eyes. She even mentioned that me having light eyes and slightly bigger pupils makes me more sensitive to lights, which none of my other optometrists have mentioned before in my 20+ years of needing glasses and eye exams! The office is in a convenient location with lots of parking. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their eyes taken care of. :)
