I made an appointment for contact lenses on Saturday, March 7th, I was waiting for over 30 minutes. When I was finally taken back waited another 10 minutes. Doctor did full eye examination and asked if I wanted new glasses. I told her you guys just did new glasses for me a few months ago and that I was just interested in contacts, she told me they don't do fittings on Saturdays I made another appointment for Mar 9, again I waited 30 minutes. Was informed Dr needs to do fitting but no one available and it would be another wait because they had like or more patients. I told her I had already waited 30 minutes and she tried to say my appointment was 20 minutes later but I assured her my appointment was at 10am and I have the text message to prove it. Basically they need to improve their scheduling system and find a way to be more efficient. I won't be returning because I can't afford to waste anymore time while they try to figure it out! Terrible way to treat people, Shame on you!!!

The staff is great and Carol has been my technician for most of those years! I just love her! My needs are unique and I've so appreciated her great care, patience and understanding!
