First, let me give a shout out to Dr. Pattison. My primary care vision examination showed no concerns with my eyes and sent me on my way with a vision prescription. I wanted a second opinion, so I went to The Family Eyecare Center, Dr. Pattison. Her expertise and her thoroughness in the examination proved that I needed cataract surgery. And so, I brought this information to my primarycare optometrist where I ultimately had cataract surgery. The staff explained the type of insurance I have and the details. My family has been going to Dr. Pattison for years. Now that we live across the country, we still make sure that we can get our checkups when visiting CA. The staff are very accommodating and professional.

Will and Jody(?) were great in servicing me. Will made sure my lenses were aligned correctly, tightened my frames, and cleaned the lenses of my backup pair. I expressed interest in some Vera Wang frames so Jody(?) facilitated my trying on a few pairs and priced my choice pair. In general, the entire staff is very friendly, upbeat, and positive!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pattison for over 20 years! She is amazing! The staff in the office are top notch! I love the personal small town feel of the office but appreciate that Dr. Pattison has the latest technology and knows what is best to recommend to her patients!

Dr. Pattison and her staff were very professional and courteous. The exam was thorough, and painless. She took time to explain everything she was doing and was concerned about getting my full health history knowing how some health changes can affect vision. Dr. Pattison was kind and even had me laughing during our visit. When it came time to getting my eyeglasses, there was no pressure to buy, but her staff was very knowledgeable, kind and patient as we reviewed options.
