We were at Kaiser getting our glasses and Don Docto gave us the best customer service we've ever experienced at Kaiser. If you are in need of getting any type of glasses at Kaiser in Roseville. Dan helped my 88 your mother he was patient. He explained all of her insurance coverages and showed her the best glasses for her eyes. He was gentle and kind and very respectful. We will always go back to see Don.

Michelle Holden did an outstanding job - she went well beyond the call of duty. I said I wanted new glasses just like the ones I have now - with small, rounded lens. She suggested - and was right - that kind of glasses is too small for my face. The arms of the frames have to stretch outward to fit behind my ears. She found a frame that fits my face much better and I like just as much. She was very thorough, friendly and helpful throughout the process!
