I like the availability for scheduling. The technician that does the scanning of your eyes is very polite, sweet and gives very clear instructions. It was even relaxing. The doctor is nice too, she explains well the results of your eye exam. Then she brings you to the business area. The tall young man on that area demonstrates that this is about business, like those guys at a dealership where you buy your car. Talking fast and ready to charge you $$$. The ipads were not working so I didn't see the type of lenses that I was paying for. I asked a few times to understand the difference between the new glasses and the old ones. I must say that he tried, very quickly, to sketch it on a piece of paper. But I could tell that he was getting anxious to finish the ticket $$$. So one star off for that. Anyway, I paid of course, crossing fingers that I will get used to a new type of lenses. I will update this review if I'm not satisfied with my new glasses. Update- The pickup day, I brought my current Versace frame that I got from them last year, as I was going to re-use, they're my favorite. I was told that it would take about 45min to 1 hr to have them ready with the new lenses as the store was busy. I returned in 1 hr 8min, the store was not busy at the time, so I was feeling positive. Patrick, the Optician Licensed, greeted me and was going to be the one helping me with the fitting. But my glasses were no where to find. He decided to go the back and found my glasses... not ready. The tall young man that I had the uncomfortable experience with before was coming from the back right before Patrick came out with my glasses. Patrick was trying to figure out what happened and he decently apologized and said that he'll have them ready in about 12min. He came back in less than 10min. He was very professional, respectful and kind. He made it so nice and even funny the fitting of my glasses. My whole family, we've been coming to this Eye Center for years. But this time, part of the experience left much to be desired. I must say, Patrick gave me an excellent customer service. Thank you!

When I first walked in, a man at the counter didn't even look up before saying, "Someone will be with you shortly." I waited, walked around looking at frames, and no one ever came to help me. So I went back up to the counter, and the same man--now actually standing there--said, "I said someone will be with you, what do you need?" I told him I had an appointment, and he just said "oh" and then yelled across the store to another associate who was on the phone to "check this person in." Once I finally got into the exam, the tech repeatedly tried to test my blind eye. I had to tell her at least five times, "I can't see out of my right eye," and she kept replying, "oh yeah, then move on to the next test and again go for my blind eye. The actual eye exam with the doctor was the one positive part. She was kind and patient. She did accidentally scratch my nose with the machine, but she apologized and was overall very nice. Overall, the front desk interaction and the tech experience left a lot to be desired. The doctor was the only good part of the visit.

I was anxious about my appointment because I have been disappointed with other optometrists in the past. The staff was kind and attentive. I left feeling excited about my new glasses. Thank you!

The staff of the actual Patel Vision Center were very nice and very professional. They had great personality and customer service. I appreciated their service and care. The Lens Crafter side was nice, but a little pushy on the sales portion, but that was expected.

My experience with Dr.Ramandeep Mann was excellent.She is down to earth in interacting with her patients.She has detailed knowledge if her subject relating to eye care.She patiently heard and replied my quarries.Overall my visit to her for getting my eyes tested was good.

Great office, grease staff, great doctors, great service. I have been coming to this office for the past 15 years and everybody has been very helpful and very curious to me and into my family. The convenience of having a lab on promise has always been an added a bonus that mixed experience efficient and cost-effective to me until my family. I highly recommend anybody to try them out.

Dr. Patel is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. All technicians and sales associates are very helpful, polite, and kind.
