I recently had the EVO ICL procedure, and it has truly changed my life. With Dr. Gabriel Jacob, I felt completely cared for and in excellent hands. He answered all my questions, gave great advice, and made sure we chose the options that would benefit me the most. A special thank-you to Rachna, who guided me through every step and made the whole process feel easy. Her communication was wonderful -- she always followed up on my questions, appointments, and any details I needed. My vision is incredible now -- I still can't believe I no longer need glasses or contacts. I'm so grateful to the entire team. If you're considering ICL, I highly recommend them.

My spouse had an appointment and received a prescription. Provider did not approve prescription. Provider had me contact Royo to request pre-approval. I have left numerous voice mails and no response or returned phone calls. I regret coming to this place.

This location is the best I been to all three offices by far Roseville the best! Dr.Rothlisberger is Totally 5 Stars Plus! The staff all of them are great! Kaila, Savina and Emilia are front office they provide the absolute best customer service you could ask for! If You Need An Optometrist You Can't Do better Than Royo! Thanks, Tracy D.

I don't know what everyone is talking about. I had a 5 star experience. Dr. Rorthisberger and staff were amazing. They all had smiles and great bedside manner. Would recommend to anyone.

I contacted them to cancel an appointment, and I never received a response back. Now I'm trying to schedule a new appointment. I've left several voicemails as they never answer the phone, and no one has called me back.

Takes months to get a eye exam appointment. Tracy Chan seemed indifferent, not personable at all, like she really had better things to do than to bother with my eye exam. Glasses took about 6 weeks instead of the 2 weeks predicted. Optometrist will not return calls. I finally had to call the front desk to find out if my glasses were ready. Will not return to the Royo eye clinic on Douglas.

THIS PLACE HAS HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL NOT FEEL VALUED AS A PATIENT. I made an appointment 7 weeks ago with my eye insurance provided on file. I went to my appointment today, 8/1. I was told they no longer accept my EYE MED insurance. WHY could they have not informed me of this policy change in the 7 WEEKS before my appointment! I received no call, email, mail, or any form of communication about this policy change. I learned about it when it came in for my appointment. This is absolutely unacceptable because now I have to go book a new appointment at a new place and that could be another 7 weeks. Additionally, I called multiple times today to confirm my appointment and received no answer during their business hours. Their logistics, communication, and front desk workers are horrible!!!

GREAT doctors, mine was Dr. Gabriel Jacob. Yes they are busy here because they are good! Still was seen in a very reasonable time. Doctors consultation left me assured with no questions to ask. Same before and after the cataracts surgery I had. GREAT! I see much better now, thank you, thank you, thank you!
