5 STARS! Absolutely Incredible Service! I was able to book my appointment and get my eye exam same day. Even better, I also picked out my new frames and prescription before leaving the store! Nova and Chris were both incredible and made the entire experience an amazing one. I will absolutely be recommending this location to everyone.

I have to leave a review for Ryder!! I went in for an eye exam with my two year-old and my four month old, I know brave, but I didn't have any other options for childcare and definitely needed my vision checked. Ryder was so sweet, professional and patient!! I felt like we were at the three ring circus, and he acted un phased!!! He was so sweet to my kids, keeping them entertained with making faces and moving his hands around being silly- while I had my eyes in machines. Seriously so grateful! And the manager Piero helped us with check out and also had incredible customer service. I worked as a retail manager for a long time so customer service is HUGE to me.. these guys are great!

I Had a Telehealth exam today. After I left with the new contacts i was prescribed I couldn't see very well. I went and got a second opinion and another exam and I can see clearly now. I feel like Stanton optical lacks accuracy with the Telehealth method. I used to like Stanton optical when the had in person doctors but now with the Telehealth they couldn't give me an accurate prescription. To top it off they won't even refund my exam cost. I would not recommend using them.

As much as I wanted to have a great experience at Stanton Opitical Roseville, I did not. I arrived for my appointment on time and was greeted timely. During the first part of the eye exam one of the machines didn't seem to be working, when i looked i saw it had a cover on the lense that i had to point out. During the second part of the exam with Sebastian on the screen, the block with the letters as well as Sebastian kept getting blurry. After many many minutes of him trying to fix the issue many times, I let them know I had to leave in 15 mins and since they were unsure what the issue was and how long it would take to fix it was agreed I would reschedule. I called Stanton after my next appt and scheduled for same day at 1:00 and arrived at 1. I was acknowledged when I walked in and was taken to the area where the exam rooms and men's eyewear are. There were 3 employees milling around and going back and forth. I looked at my phone after a few minutes and saw that i had a new text from Stanton that changed my appointment from 1:00 to 1:45. No one said a word to me that the time had changed. I continued to sit there while the 3 employees were helping other customers who had arrived after I had. I had already picked out two frames in the AM appt. But based on the experience I did not have any trust or confidence in what the end product of glasses and lenses would be. I left without saying anything, just like no one said anything to me when my appointment time was changed.

I had a fantastic experience at Stanton Optical. Demetrius made the entire process incredibly easy and efficient. I ended up getting two pairs of glasses and couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how attentive they were to what I needed. My glasses turned out perfect, and I'll definitely be going back for my next pair. Had a great experience getting replacement lenses at Stanton Optical. Was able to schedule an exam very quickly. The store associate, Piero, was very helpful in explaining the different lens options and making sure I get them as soon as possible. The lenses were very reasonably priced compared to other places.

I had a great experience getting my glasses here. Demetrius helped me out and was amazing, super friendly, and knew what he was doing. They helped me pick out frames that fit my face perfectly and made sure everything looked and felt right. The whole process was easy, and I'm so happy with how my new glasses turned out. Highly recommend this place (and definitely ask for Demetrius if you go)!
