All of the staff are so great with customers. Shane, the Manager is always very helpful and kind. Everyone I have worked with for the past three years has been exceptional! She was able to put a lens back in my frame (that popped out this morning when I dropped my glasses) and she was able to adjust my wife's progressive lens glasses to make reading and walking more comfortable, all without making an appointment! I had a great recent experience at Target Optical having an eye exam and picking out new glasses and sunglasses. Dr. Huang was wonderful and very informative. Mark was so helpful in choosing new glasses, offering his opinions on which frames suited my face and coloring best. He was very patient through my indecisiveness which helped me to know that I wasn't being rushed. The girls up front were helpful as well in offering their opinions when I'd compare different frames. Out of all my experiences here at the Target optical, this was by far the best I've had! Shane was so sweet and helpful. She helped me with my eyeglass lenses. As well as helping my mom find her perfect frames. One for summer and one for winter! Shane was extraordinary! She never made us feel rushed and answered all the questions we had.
