Dear Clinic Management, I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent service experience. Positive Feedback: On October 30, 2025, I visited your clinic. I would like to specifically commend the high professionalism of the doctor who conducted the eye examination and consultation. I was completely satisfied with the service during the initial stage. Problem with Deadlines: On the same day, I placed and paid for an order for a new pair of eyeglasses. I was clearly promised that the glasses would be ready within 10, maximum 14 calendar days. However, despite the deadline passing (today is December 1st), the order is still not ready. It has now been 32 days (over a month) since the order was placed, which absolutely does not align with the promised timeframe. I have not received any notification regarding the delay from clinic staff. I had to call the clinic myself several times to inquire about the status. Each time, I was simply told that the glasses were not ready. Today, December 1st, the clinic is unreachable by phone. Summary: Waiting for one month for a fully paid order is unacceptably long. The failure to meet stated deadlines and the complete lack of communication demonstrate extreme disorganization. This attitude completely negates the positive experience with the doctor and diminishes my desire to use your services in the future. I expect my order to be completed promptly. I request you provide me with the exact date my glasses will be ready and an explanation for this current situation.

Eye issues run in my family, so it's important to me to have a great care team. And they have the best team here! They are not only straightforward and knowledgeable but are also genuinely kind and helpful. I have been going here for over 5 years. They are efficient with regular check ups. Whenever I've had issues they've always gone above and beyond. For example, I ran out of contacts before my brother's wedding and new ones weren't going to arrive in time, but they gave a trial pack. Another time I broke my glasses and just stopped in to see if they could take a look at them and they fixed them right then and there. Thank you.
