Dr. Barber is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain every aspect of her recommendations, ensuring you understand your complete eye health and care options. Based on her guidance, I underwent glaucoma testing, and Bre did a wonderful job explaining what the test involved while adding a friendly, personal touch that put me at ease. I was also fitted for contact lenses--something I wouldn't have considered if I hadn't been thoroughly informed of the pros and cons. The entire experience was professional, informative, and welcoming. I highly recommend Vista Point Eye Care to anyone looking for comprehensive and compassionate eye care.

Always have an excellent exam with Dr. Barber. She has been treating astigmatism for many years and I am always completely satisfied. She is an outstanding practitioner, and always takes time to insure I get the best fitting for my contacts. I couldn't be happier and wouldn't imagine entrusting my vision and contact lens fittings to anyone else.

The optometrist in Roseville impressed me with how thoroughly they reviewed my test results. They compared my current prescription to historical data and explained subtle changes in corneal curvature using actual measurements instead of vague descriptions. The precision of the exam and clarity of the explanation made me feel extremely confident in the diagnosis and new prescription.

I made my husband an appointment earlier this week and lucked out with a cancelation today. Ryan helped out with the 1st part of the exam taking pics and was very pleasant and kind! Dr. Nguyen was very funny and did a thorough exam that helped so much! When it was time to pick out frames, Lena was so enjoyable and helpful with picking the right pair! Those 3 really made today's appointment smooth and I'm glad out of everyone I called, we lucked out with an amazing team like them! Highly recommend you giving Vista Point your business!

I am writing to provide feedback on a recent experience I had during my first visit to Vista Eye Care today. While I had a normal eye appointment with the doctor, I was very disturbed by the conduct of a staff member in the eyewear section. The brunette older lady handling the eyewear section was speaking very loudly to another gentleman, possibly taking inventory, about political views and vaccine schedules. On more than one occasion, she yelled, "WE ARE ALL GONNA DIE," followed by laughing. This was highly inappropriate, especially as minors and new clients were present in the office. I do not care about anyone's political opinions, but expressing them so loudly and aggressively in front of customers is unprofessional and unacceptable for an office environment. I informed the doctor of the inappropriateness of the behavior and stated that I would be gathering my prescription to use elsewhere, as I did not wish to provide any additional money to the office or engage further with that staff member in the eyewear department.

Had my first prescription lenses and frame here a year ago, I recently bought Ray Ban Meta glasses and called them to see if I can bring them in to have my prescription lenses installed in them, they said sure, I set up an appointment to stop by and while at it, do another exam (was not needed) but I wanted to have new lenses with a current exam in my new Meta frames, once I finished, I sat infront of the optician and handed her my meta glasses, she said no we can't send those to the lab to have the lenses installed, another option is that you can buy new meta frames from us. I was very irritated, they wasted my time and money for an unnecessary exam, and did not accomplish what I was there for, I wish they have had told me that on the phone the first time I called, I would have looked for another place that would accommodate my needs. EDIT: Thank you for your reply, I don't want to go back and forth on this, but I did mention when I called that I have Ray Ban smart glasses with a camera, and the receptionist replied "oh yeah the Meta glasses" I also showed them to the receptionist when I arrived for my appointment, and asked if the insurance covers any of the installation of new lenses on these glasses and she replied you'll have to speak to the optician for that.

Dr. Barber so good at providing information and is accurate in her prescriptions. We have been coming to her for years. Pleasant office environment too.

Dr. Veronica Barber is very thorough. Took the time with me to address all of my needs even going above & beyond, giving me a sample to try as well as recommendations to solve my issues! Highly recommend
