This was my first visit with Dr. Stephen Kelly, O.D. His office is not only conveniently located adjacent to Mollie Stones but open Saturday and late one night a week which is extremely accommodating to his patients. I found Dr. Kelly both professional and knowledgeable. Coupled with the fact that he has a way of making his patients feel comfortable makes him my optometrist for life. Finally his staff is awesome. Thank you Dr. Kelly for a A +++++ first experience.

My appointment was fine. However, the glasses came with a prescription way off in one eye. So people make mistakes, no big deal... except they refused to fix it, insisting that I wear them for a while, and treating me like I'm lying to them about not being able to see out of one eye. Still trying to solve the problem; it seems to be up to me to find one of the rare times that the doctor is in and available without an appointment, because the receptionist doesn't believe me and won't do anything or even make an appointment on her own...

Did a great job. Exam was straight forward and professional, got my new glasses in a week and they even trained me how to use my new contacts. The remainder phone calls for both the exam and the pickup were timely and appreciated.

Dr Kelly is great. Patient for over ten years, but the desk help was the final straw. Overly rude and does not take time with customers. Did not want to work with my 12 year old.

Walked in to look for new frames to replace my glasses, guy at front desk was so rude almost like he didn't want any business so I just went to lenscrafters.
