Everyone at this site was extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. Dr Liou was so nice and very willing to answer all my questions with knowledgeable enthusiasm. She was engaging and upbeat. I bet she's really good with kids who come in to get their eyes checked. The team at the desk were all very friendly and interactive.

I did not see doctor Monica Liou. Instead I saw Dr Hse, he was very calm, kind and professional. The manager, she was a bit brash at first, but warmed up while trying to help pick out a pair of glasses. The Associate, I don't remember her name, Asian with a ponytail, was so very sweet, patient and helpful. I would definitely have my eye exam & shop there again.
