Came here for an annual eye exam and to update my prescription. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Dr. Lam took her time and was very insightful and helpful with my exam. Dr. Aller is no longer there and he was the reason we were going there. After PFOG took over, things started to go downhill. They wouldn't fill prescriptions for lenses my kids needed to slow myopia (had to go to a different store to order glasses). I've heard they aren't honoring warranties for scratched lenses as well. I will say that the actual staff there is lovely. It's just the company/policies that are a disappointment.

Had my first appointment there and they were all so friendly. The eye exam was very thorough. She did some things I've never had done (like the retina imaging machine and the peripheral vision test). Everything was very organized and you moved smoothly from one employee to the next (optometrist nurse, then doctor, then eye glasses professional if you want glasses there). They take VSP so it was really affordable. I'm impressed!!
