The team here made the process of getting new glasses and contacts easy and enjoyable. Both the staff and doctors were excellent. You can tell they truly care about their clients. I would highly recommend them!

I've been coming here for coming here for over 20 years. Not because I need to, but because of the excellent customer service that never fails to meet my needs. Every time. Dr. Stasko is the ultimate professional. On a personal level, yearly visits are greeted with recollection of my previous annual visit. Just like we left off yesterday. Her staff are also in the upper level of professionalism. They are long-time employees. Which speaks to the positive work environment. I would also like to give a shout-out to Leslie. It was my first time chance of meeting her, and her knowledge and skills were why I keep coming back. Along, of course, because of Dr. Stasko.

This one star is for the front desk and customer service (I wish I could give 0 star) I made the appointment one month ago for 9:20AM, I got a call a few days ago asked me whether I still want to get contact lens , I said no, the I was told the appointment would be changed to shorter, but I was never told explicitly the appointment starting time would also be changed. Then I got two text messages confirmation : one with 9:20 AM appointment, another one with 9:50 AM appointment, I replied YES for the 9:20 one while I thought two were same. While when I was there on the appointment day, the lady told me the appointment would be 9:50, actually I was fine to wait for another half hour. But I am not comfortable with their attitude, there was no sorry, just my own fault. Yes I may skip the time change in the text messages, but the lady didn't explicitly tell me such change in the phone call at first place, what I expected was just a simple sorry for that and also nice attitude, that's it. But then another gentleman told me either stay to see doctor or just go. I have been here for years to do eye exams, would never come back.

Here is my review, most specifically for Cynthia and for pony tail guy(sorry I never asked his name). I had my first experience with these folks two weeks ago, and I have to give their staff rave reviews. They make that place work. Pony Tail Guy was phenomenally fast, direct, and competent as he moved me efficiently through 4-5 tests in just a minute or two. This made my visit feel very productive and off to a great start. Then move onto the star of the day, Cynthia, who went above and beyond for me when helping me with my glasses. I won't give all the gory details, but lets say a lot was depending on some stuff with my glasses, and she helped me out and made the extra effort. I hope they get paid well for the work they do!!! Top it all off, the doctor was able to pick up on a slight issue with my eyes being slightly uneven, and adjusted my prescription to take this into account. All around top notch. Clean, efficient, very friendly, oh and did I mention Cynthia rocks!! You too pony tail dude!

I was able to get in same day for emergency. Very nice doctor and staff!

Dr. Stasko is the absolute best optometrist I have ever been to. My whole family (including my siblings and their children) see her as do many of my friends. Dr. Stasko has been able to keep my daughter from having to wear glasses during the day through the use of CRT lenses, which she has worn since she was a teenager. She was the first doctor that was able to help my mother solve her extensive problems with her contact lenses. She also spent a lot of time designing a contact lens for my left eye so that I was finally able to see perfectly out of that eye for the first time in years. Dr. Stasko not only loves what she does, but she is always learning and keeping on top of the latest research in her field. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Stasko (and her staff), and I recommend her services to everyone I know.

Our family has been coming here for years! Doctor and staff are wonderfully caring.
