America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Dr. Morris and staff members Iris and John have got to be the most kind, polite and caring people I've dealt with in all my years going to optometrists. I first started coming to the San Juan Location when it had the grand opening in 2017 and I have continued to be a patient throughout the past couple years and will be for as long as I can. I have referred countless of family members and friends because they provide the best service that you can ask for. I truly appreciate all their dedication to provide amazing customer service and they have great prices! You get the best of both worlds. Thanks for all that you do!

Best experience I've had at an eye care center! The people there are kind and thorough. Jon picked out so many frames for me to try on and adjusted my current frames for me as well as the frames for my friend that came with - no charge! They offer so many affordable price points. Would definitely recommend.

This is my third set of glasses purchased from this location. Every time the good people at America's Best have got it right. I turned my Aunt on to this place and she swears by them as well. Great service, an eye exam and two sets of bifocals for well under $200. You can't beat that these days.

The staff was nice enough until I had to bring back a pair of glasses 1 week after I got them because they broke. I hadn't paid the $25 for the warranty, which I find ridiculous as any store with any integrity would back up their products in that short of time. the frames were pretty flimsy as I found out, and I had paid for the more expensive frames too. Anyway, I was told that they would not fix them until I paid $25 for the repair. WOW the fact that America's Best was supposed to be the best place to go for the best prices, was now not the case. Not only was I told that I had to get the exact same frames (even though they turned out to be extremely flimsy) I was also told that the warranty I paid for was a one time replacement. So if they break again, which I have no doubt they will, I can't use the warranty I paid $25 for again. This is the first and last time I will use America's Best.

Good experience, I got two pair of eyeglasses, polycarbonate with no-line progressive bifocal, and light adaptive lens. The eye exam was thorough & it was free. Joh helped with the frame choices, and adjustments. My two pair were about the same price as my wife's one pair at Kaiser Permanente.

They are great! I had needed my eye glass lenses replaced with my actual script lens. They were able to help me on my break from work in 5 minutes. 5 stars for the lovely women on the phone, front desk, and gentlemen with my glasses.

Low end, low class chain. Associates and managers nice, but regardless of how much money you spend, managers have no wiggle room on anything. This may protect low end consumers--they recommended Wal Mart as an alternative in store!--but in an area where service is important, this corporate policy neuters good customer service. This type of store more fit for Lake Elsinore, over the hill, than for San Juan. Prices, in the long run, not much better than your local optometrist, which is where I'll be returning.

Thanks for the free eye exam It's ten days later I just picked up my 3 pair and they fit and work perfect I really love my prescription polarized sunglasses thanks Americas Best I will definitely be a returning customer
