Very upset to tell me my copay is $49. I started to doubt my insurance provider but after I assked for my receipt and I notice they charger $39 for retina imaging which is additional charge. Just to find out they tell me my copay is $49 but your charging me for additional services makes me frustrated. Bad service lying to customer to get extra chargers, just tell me it is an additional charger. Very upset

I had 3 pairs of glasses made and I was very satisfied! The two ladies are very kind to the customers, and they were ready very quickly! Thank you for the professionalism and I recommend this place!

Repairing my son's broken glasses at no charge. Wow!!! Who are these guys? Do they fly around after work and rescue kitten stuck in talk trees as well? Wouldn't surprise me.... This business, this business is my HERO FOR THE MONTH! Why? Be because I took in two broken pairs of glasses, the brown pair on the left of the attached pic had no ear pieces, and they repaired them at no cost, charge, or complaint! Although this sort of thing was standard in business for the first 30 years of my life, in the last 20, caring and a commitment to performing services or providing goods meant for people have taken LAST SEAT in the list of business mission. The first, more often than not, being to obtain the currency I have available, while my needs tend to never enter the equation! This is the type of 'right headed' business mind set that MUST be rewarded! For affordable lenses, frames, and compassionate service, seek this location out before attempting any other for the same thing. Seriously! Tell them Yobi's review influenced you. They need to know the difference their approach makes in regards to contrasting networking strategies!

I had a bad experience with the staff. They assumed I didn't have insurance and over charged me for my services weren't very polite either. One lady hurried in the front door and watched as I struggled to get my stroller through the door and then asked if I was a nanny because I had my infant son with me...as I left she again watched me struggle through the door and when I was already leaving did she offer to "help". The Dr was amazing very funny and took his time very old school. Probably won't be returning again.

My experience here was stupendous! I had accidentally broken my only pair of glasses earlier that day. Thankfully Nikki aka Superwoman came and saved the day. She picked out an awesome pair of new frames for me and my new pair of glasses were able to be made in an hour. Site for Sore eyes for the win! HIGHLY recommend this place! Awesome customer service and just an overall pleasant visit!
