Each team member treated me with respect, explained step by step what they were doing, and answered by questions. No pun intended but I felt seen and heard. Dr. Nathan Steinle is an excellent doctor. One of the best I have seen. He explains my retinal scans in ways I can understand. He is reassuring when he needs to explain a condition and what can be done next if needed.
