I really don't like to yelp but this man Danny (the person who helps you with glasses ) was so rude, bad attitude, bad energy, bad vibes, very lazy ! I liked the front desk women and the Optometrist. Leaving my appointment made me feel uncomfortable. They need to get a new person in his position. I will be picking up my glasses with my husband, maybe this man won't be as rude to a grown man. I noticed a lot of elderly people here and I hope he isn't being rude to any of them.

My husband was told he needed to be scheduled for eye surgery in Nov. He's been waiting on the scheduler & after several calls nobody is helping. We're in January now so hopefully they will get back to him. Very unhappy.

Acuity eye group in San Pedro is a joke! The girls working the counter have bad attitudes, and treat patients as if they're saving lifes! Stop scheduling appointments during your closed lunch time, and start answering your phone! I tried calling the San Pedro office to schedule an appointment before ,and then again after lunchtime hours, and no one picks up!

My dad had an eye appt here yesterday and the staff were all amazing from the receptionist/medical assistant, they greeted us with a smile. Although they were extremely busy with a lot of patients waiting in the lobby, because of their positive environment waiting wasn't so bad. The doctor that saw my dad was very kind. He even recommended for my dad to go to their Lb location (we visited the San Pedro location).

Caring, friendly, professional staff. Felt welcomed. Appreciated the young man who interviewed me before my Dr's appointment offered me water as I had an irritated cough. The young lady who took photos of my eyes took time to explain what was happening. The Dr was reassuring & I took comfort in his words that "we will take care of you". The front office staff warmed up the place with their lovely smiles. A good day for me.
THANK YOU & see you all again in July. My eye care people for life!
