Dr. Ahn and Dr. Asu are truly wonderful. They both took the time to be very personal and attentive during my visit, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and unhurried. I never felt rushed, and they really listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly. It's rare to find doctors who combine such professionalism with genuine care for their patients. Complete 5 star, truly as I had been to the other eye care place that I really didn't like; which is why I chose to change. The young lady Estrella was very professional, the doctor himself was also great but I couldn't see his name tag as it was in small print (irony). I will be back next year for the next appointment.

I'd like to give more stars for the office staff being very friendly and competent, however, I settled on 3 stars because of the lack of respect for patients time. I've been to 2 appointments at this office and each time I was kept waiting at least an hour in total. I spent probably 10 minutes with the ophthalmologist. Both times I was there, the waiting room was full. That's never a good sign! The other issue I had was the Dr talking to his assistant about me, as if I wasn't there. I had to interrupt his conversation with her in order to ask him to explain the diagnosis he was telling her to document, because he did not initially talk directly to me about what he saw in my eyes. That's it.

Have waited 2 months for my prescription to be filled. The first pair weren't align to my vision. Was told prescription inaccurate. Saw my dr and confirmed correct vision. The eyeglasses were then shipped and were then re-aligned and submitted. Still having problems with eyeglasses.
They then waited to provide both glasses until both were delivered a month later. Picked up sungiassss to find they were tinted lenses not sunglass lens. Still waiting for much needed sunglasses. Will never use this service again. Hate to say this as I've been using facility for years and never had a problem but this year very poor delivery. Office staff is wonderful they have apologized repeatedly for the issues it is not their fault. I do not blame these employees.
