I was completely floored by the superior service, care, and attention I received not just by the staff but by Dr. Paek. It's not often that you find that level of customer service anywhere these days! Dr. Paek was informative, knowledgeable, thorough, attentive, and was thoroughly upbeat and warm. I would definitely recommend Dr. Paek and Lenscrafter to my friends.

Dr. Paek was very helpful with my questions about eye dryness and I left my exam looking forward to getting my new lenses. My only concern was with the pre exam as it seemed like some of the instruments had not been properly cleaned as the lenses were blurry and I had to ask the associate to clean the lenses.

I drove 40 minutes to get to my appointment w Dr Paek, only to find out she ditched me to go to lunch (at 3:25). The customer service is lacking to say the least. Don't give these ppl your time -- they don't respect it
