Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. The tech who performed the eye health testing took the time to explain each test. He was very patient and made me feel comfortable. I love Dr. Garcia, who I've been seeing for years. He is not only very knowledgeable, he is very personable. I actually enjoy my visit because he is so friendly. I will definitely keep going back even though I now live in Sonoma County. It's worth it to me to drive the distance!

Every time I have called or visited FYidoctors, formerly EyeDesigns, I am treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Each member of the team takes the time to explain why, for example, they are performing a certain test, and what to expect during the experience. The team seems to not only enjoy their work, but to do it with the utmost care and attention. I always feel that each staff member is fully attuned to me and my needs during my whole visit. Likewise, my visit with Dr. Iwami is always pleasant and thorough. He takes the time to show me the pictures taken of my eyes and point out any anomolies... including possible reasons for them, what to expect, and whether I should be concerned. Visiting FYidoctors makes me feel that I am being taken care of, from scheduling an appointment, through choosing new glasses and understanding the costs involved. I can't recommend them enough.

Dr. Garcia is very kind and friendly. My appointment was wonderful and thorough. He is really an amazing optometrist. He takes time to answer all my questions. His staff is great and friendly as well. :)

I've been seeing Dr. Garcia for over 20 years and now my husband and kids see him too. Heck, I even turned my mom onto him. He's super knowledgeable about all things eyes, friendly, and has an incredible memory of each client's backstory. His staff is helpful and always courteous. The best!

Dr. Iwami has been my optometrist for over 10 years. He is an exceptional professional in all areas: experience, expertise, education of patients. Dr. Iwami has a calming, assured presence. I have learned much about optics. The entire office hums with efficiency. The new technological aids are amazing and fun to work with. My annual check-ups are truly an enjoyable experience.

I've been seeing Dr Garcia for over 20 years. He and his staff are thorough, professional, and provide excellent care and customer service. I see him maybe once a year but each time it's like seeing an old friend.

They give a very thorough eye exam and will help you through the whole experience from getting your prescription to finding the perfect glasses for you, which they have many wonderful options to choose from. Nick was super helpful and Dr. Garcia is the best!!
