EyeCare Associates of the San Ramon Valley

My eye exam with EyeCare Associates was a great experience. The scheduled appointment was on time and efficient. Their new office space is bright and clean with a relaxed feel. The optical space is organized with a great selection of frames. The preliminary exam was thorough utilizing modern feedback, along with easy to comprehend technology. The exam with Dr. Delaney provided me with straight forward explanations, expert advice for eye health and corrective vision alternatives. I highly recommend this practice for all of your eye care needs.

Dr Delaney was meticulous in his eye exam. He spent time to find the perfect prescription for me and they had a great frame selection. The office staff is friendly and professional. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

Dr. Delaney is a very knowledgeable, competent and caring Optometrist. His front office receptionists were very professional, helpful and responsive. I was impressed with his assistant who was very thorough during the initial exam but also extremely kind, caring and efficient. The office is clean and immaculate. Overall, it was a very positive and reassuring experience being taken care of by him and his staff. 5 strong stars!

I had been going to another ophthalmologist in the area, the front desk coordinators were professional, but not really friendly or polite and I would always wait half an hour to 45 minutes before I was ever seen... Going to the eye care Associates was an amazing change the front desk coordinators were professional, extremely friendly. I was seated in within probably 10 minutes. I was seen by a technician to start the process of checking out my eyes, the technician was polite, friendly and professional, my eyes were dilated then sat me down, and it turns out they have different equipment more state-of-the-art than the previous ophthalmologist no more the blowing into the eye to test pressure not that it was uncomfortable or scary It's just much easier with this new equipment. I sat down at many different machines and truly felt thoroughly cared for. When I was directed to DOCTOR Robert Neves, he was friendly, polite, and professional, he took many images of my eyes and thoroughly described what each line and angle meant, I have been on glaucoma watch, and he said if if a student saw my images, they would automatically assume I had severe glaucoma because of the pockets my eyes have, But in rotation, he could see where there were nerves all the way around and that I do not have glaucoma, but please come back in a year so we could watch for the pressure no drops needed. I felt thoroughly cared for and treated like a human being, getting the attention that I need and want to feel secure with my vision and future vision. Very friendly and caring staff. They serve patients with smile and making them at ease and comfort. My husband and I have been coming to this clinic for many years and they never changed, always caring and plus. Thank you for your care and kind treatment of all your patients.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Delaney. He is so thorough, he's so patient, he's so kind. I never feel dismissed or rushed. One of my favorite things about this practice is that unlike other medical offices, the staff has been there for years. I don't see new faces every time I go in, it's the same (beautiful by the way) ladies helping me each time. I love this office and would recommend them to anyone!

I have never experienced such irresponsible and unreliable service at any clinic. In November, I ordered a pair of frames from this clinic. Judy told me the frames would arrive within two days and that I would be contacted to try them on. If they fit, the clinic would then make new glasses based on my prescription. After waiting ten days with no call or message, I had to contact the clinic myself. When I spoke with Judy, she appeared to have completely forgotten about my order. She casually said she would follow up and call me back, which never happened. To this day, I have received no follow-up, no phone call, and no message from this clinic. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Had I known the service was this poor, I would never have gone there, even with a referral. This clinic wastes patients' time and shows a complete lack of responsibility. I strongly question whether this is how the clinic routinely treats its patients.

Drs. Robert Neves, Jay DeLaney and the rest of the staff are the easiest group to work with!!! They truly care about their customers and appear to make recommendations based on what's best for the customer versus what will be best for the companies bottom line.
