I visited Dr. Duong at his office today for the first time. I was referred to him by my newly retired optometrist. This is a great referral. The office staff that I dealt with were wonderful and very professional. Every one of them really knows their jobs.
Dr. Duong is a very adept clinician along with being a very nice human being. I was extremely comfortable with the entire experience and look forward to superlative care by this team for many years to come. I visited my new optometrist, Dr. Duong today and had a great experience. His office is well-organized, and it's clear the practice is properly run with an efficient system in place. There was little to no waiting time. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, which is rare to encounter nowadays. His staff, Elaine and Samara, were very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly know their work. Dr. Duong is knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and does not waste time while still being thorough. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend him to my other family members and friends.

Best place ever! Eye exam very thorough Doctor takes his time to explain results in depth for all tests given. Never in a hurry and any questions you ask are answered immediately. Awesome selection of frames to choose from. Designer frames galour to choose from. Filipe is amazing at fitting you with the right frame for your facial features. My family and I have been repeat customers for years now. Lonnie the receptionist is a true pleasure and goes out of her way to schedule your appointment to your needs. All and all from the time you enter do your testing and eye exam you are treated with perfection. All staff members are truly amazing!!!

Great experience yesterday at Optometric Center in San Ramon. The font desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, the support staff that does the pre exam testing was friendly, kind and caring. Dr. Richard Lang is the best. He is a very sincere person, with nothing but time to help you and answer any questions you might have. He takes the time to explain the results of all the exams that they give you. And then if you're going to get new glasses, RJ is there to help you with that, he's the best.

I have been going here for over two years now. All the staff, including the doctors, are incredibly friendly. They aren't just mindlessly performing their jobs, but rather working with you to provide the best care for you personally. Dr. Lang listens to all my questions with patience and answers thoroughly. They have all the technology to do a really thorough exam (w/o dilation).
The front lobby and all the offices are very clean and comfortable, and appts run smoothly w/o a lot of waiting.
They have a nice selection of glasses too!
